Martin ' s Lodge , No . 2455 ; the Fellowship Lodge , No . 2535 ; the London County Council Lodge , No . 2603 ; and the London School Board Lodge , No . 2611 . He was exalted in Royal Arch Chapter Cyrus , No . 21 , in 1885 , and installed M . E . Z . in 18 94 , and 18 9 6 , was appointed Prov . G . j . of Middlesex . In the Mark Degree he is a Past Master of more than one lodge and Past Prov . G . W . of Hertfordshire , and in 1896 , he had the honour of being elected by a considerable majority of

votes to the office of Grand Treasurer of Mark Grand Lodge ; while in the Ancient and Accepted Rite he is a member of the Rose and Lily Chapter of Rose Croix , No . 97 , and has taken the 30 ° . But above all he is a staunch supporter of our Charitable Institutious , being a Patron of all three , and has served as many as four Stewardships for each , in addition to which he is a Vice-Patron , and has served Stewardships for the Mark Benevolent Fund .

DEPUTY GRAND REGISTRAR . Bro . HERBERT A . RIGG , of the Parli-. mentary Bar , was initiated in the Prince of Wales Lodge , No . 2 ^ 9 , on the 24 th June , 1875 . In 18 S 3 he was chosen to represent it on the Board of Grand Stewards , and in 1 S 95 was installed as W . Master . In the interim—on the 4 th April , 187 S—he was elected a joining member of the Studholme Lodge , No . 1591 , and occupied the chair of Master in ISSI-2 . He isa life Governor of both our Scholastic Institutions , and has ssrved the office of Steward once for each of them .
