Bru . Mure is M . A . of Oxford , and was for five years Secretary to the Judge of the Admiralty Court , co-editor of Sir R . Phillimore ' s work on Private International Law , and for nine years Vice-Principal of thc Working Men ' s College , London .

Bro . Surgeon Lieut .-Col . H . W . K IALLMARK has taken a prominent part in Freemasonry during the 40 years that have elapsed since he joined the ranks of our Society . MORI * : MARSHALL was initiated in the Lodge of the Nine Muses , No . 235 , on the 14 th May , 1882 , and on the 14 th February , 18 SS , was installed its W . M .
