Dudley . —Richard de Vernon Encampment— -A . convocation of the Knights was holden at the Hotel , on Wednesday , June 9 th . The minutes of the last meeting were confirmed , and the accounts for the past year audited . Several candidates were on the list for installation , but only one of them , Comp . Stan way , was present ; he was admitted in due form , and installed a Knight of the Order by the E . C . Thos . James . The ballot was taken for Comps . Anslow , Beliiss , and Hayley , of Chapter No . 875 , who were declared to be unanimously elected . The next business was to install Sir Knight Macefield the Eminent Commander for the
PROVINCIAL ENCAMPMENT
ensuing year . This ceremony was ably performed by the Prov . Grrand Commander for Staffordshire , Sir Knight Yernon . The E . C . then appointed his officers . No other business being oil the summons , the Sir Knights adjourned to banquet , and erij oyed a social evening . The usual toasts were given and responded to , and a few choice songs contributed to the general harmony .

EDINBURGH . The following is the official programme of the regulations to be observed by the members of the Grand Lodge of Scotland , the Masters of Lodges and Brethren , & c , upon the occasion of the profession on Thursday , the 24 th June , 1858 , at laying the foundation stone of the Freemasons' Hall of Scotland at Edinburgh : —
1 . The members of the Grand Lodge , deputations from sister Grand Lodges , stranger Brethren of distinction , and the Masters and Wardens of Lodges holding of the Grand Lodge , will assemble in the picture gallery , Palace of Holyrood , at twelve o ' clock , where the Grand Lodge will be opened in ample form , 2 . The Brethren in general will assemble in the Palace Yard at the same hour .
3 . Grand Lodge being adjourned , the members will put themselves under the immediate direction of the Chief and Deputy Grand Marshals ; and the other Brethren will be arranged according to their seniority on the roll by the marshals , and under the superintendence of the Masters and office-bearers of their respective Lodges .
4 . The procession will , upon a given signal , move off in the following order : — band of music , guard of lancers , the subordinate Lodges three abreast—junior Lodge in front , band of music , members of the Grand Lodge , viz : —Masters or proxies and their wardens , in the like order ; the office-bearers of the Grand Lodge , accompanied by their proper officers ; rear guard of lancers .
5 * . The route of procession will be by the Canongate and High-street to St , Giles ' s Cathedral , from thence by the Mound , Princes-street , Castle-street , George-street , to the site of the hall . 6 . When the junior Lodge shall have arrived at the entrance , to St . Giles , it will halt , take open order , and the whole of the Lodges in the rear shall follow the like example , so that the Grand Lodge may pass through the ranks to the gallery , attended by the Masters , and Wardens only of each Lodge present—the Lodges following , according to seniority , into the centre aisles . 7 . On leaving St . Giles ' s , the order of procession will be the same as on leaving
