Four candidates were exalted to the Royal Arch degree , and several others were proposed for exaltation at the ensuing meeting of the chapter . During the ceremony Comp . A . Pendlebury occupied the principal chair . When tbe chapter was closed , a
splendid banquet and dessert were served , and a very agreeable evening was spent , the party breaking up in time to return to Waterloo by the 9-26 train . The M . E . Z ., Comp . F .
