Quelch ' s motion for the reduction of the lodge ' s fees was withdrawn after some slight discussion . A testimonal was voted to the retiring AA' . PROVINCIALDEVON . PEOVINCIAI . GEAND LOGDE . A Provincial Grand Lodgo and General Commmunication of Masons of the Province of Devon was hold on Monday , 21 st inst ., at the Masonic" Hall , Tiverton , for the dedication of the New Hall , of St . Peter's , aud tor the transaction of other important
business . There were about 200 brethren present , assembled from all parts of the province , and especially from tho Lodges of the the Three Towns , one question , that of the increase of the dues payable to the Provincial Grand Lodge , for charitable purposes , having excited not only a great amount of interest , but also some little opposition . The opposition , however , ended happily , we are glad to say , by the opponents allowing the proposal to puss unanimously , none of them voting against a
