Grand Lodgo having been formally opened , tbe minutes of Grand Lodge of 2 nd December 1 S 91 , and of the Special Grand Lodge of 27 tb January 1892 were read by Bro . Pendlebury Assistant Grand Secretary and confirmed .
The Earl of Lathom said it was now hia duty to read to the brethren the answer he had received from the Home Secretary to the address presented to Her Most Gracious Majesty the Queen from Grand Lodge , The letter was as follows : —
