M . proposed tho Immediate Pasfc Master , tho Installing Officer , and the Past , Masters , in doing which he alluded to the valuable services they had rendered to the Lodge , and which he felfc assured thoy would continue to do . Having paid a deserved tribute to his predecessor ,
wh . i had . so well p-rfontmd the c ¦ r -mony of installation that day , he . ¦ resented him with a handsome Past Master ' s * jewel , which had been unanimously voted him at the last , meeting of the Lodge . In doing so he exorassed t ' tie hope—which was shared by all the

Phillips might long live to wear it , as a memento of tho esteem and regard in which ho was held by every member of the Richmond Lodge , and as a reminder of the happy hours ho had spent iu their association . possibly could to further its best interests , ever since its foundation . Pro .
