Lewis being presented with hia portrait in oils , and with a handsomely bound and magnificently illuminated address in album form . The portrait , which has been painted by Bro . 6 . F . Harris , depicts the honon > ed recipient in a standing position , clothed in Masonio regalia , the right
hand clasping the heavy mall and resting on a copy of the Bible , which stands on a cushion on a pedestal . An admirably expressive likeness is portrayed , and the picture is instinct with artistic merit . It is enclosed in a gold gilt frame of chaste design , npon whioh appears the following inscription : —
