DEAR SIR , —1 was present last Saturday nighfc afc the annual dinner of the Old Masonians , and experienced a great ; amount of genuine pleasure afc meeting so many of my old schoolfellows once more , and recalling many of the scenes we had passed together

Institution for Boys , Mr . Binckes . Ifc must have done bis heart good to have met with such a hearty reception as be did last Saturday night . As our Chairman well put ifc , "If you wish to see his monument , look around . " *
And I venture to say that nofc one boy thafc has received the benefits of the Masonio School but will carry in his heart fche grateful remembrance of fche many kind actions and words of advice whioh have emanated from we boys' best friend , —Mr . Frederick Binckes .
When I was afc school , some ten years back , bis name was always held in love and esteem ( and boys are good judges of character ) , and Mr .
