and Harmony , which was gracefully acknowledged by Colonel Money . Tho Treasurer ' s report showed tho accounts of the Province to bo in a sound condition , with upwards of £ 300 balance in hand . Grants were made to the two branches of the Benevolent Institntion : Widows '
Fund £ 31 10 s ; Male Fnnd £ 37 15 s , those amounts completing tho Province ' s qualification as Patron of each Fnnd . A further sum of £ 21 was voted to tho Royal Masonic Institution for Girls , and a like sum to the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys . The Proviucial Grand Master
expressed the approval of all present at tho efforts made by tho entertaining Lodges , and thanks wero tendered to Bros . Woodward and Langton for their exertion ? . The next announcement Col . Money had to make was ono of
regret—that Lord Lathom would be unablo to remain for the banquet , but ho was sure he was expressing the feeling of those assembled when ho tendered him hearty thanks for tho honour he had dono the Province and tho service
ho had rendered them that day . Lord Lathom briefly returned thanks . Ho wns under orders from the Most Worshi p ful Grand Master to dine with him that evening , or should have had infinite p leasure in remaining in Surrey . It was gratifying to him that hia first official act since his
appointment as Pro Grand Master had beon the installation of his old friend Colonel Money . It had afforded him great gratification , and he heartily -wished Col . Money might have a long and prosperous reign . This completed tho business , and Provincial Grand Lodgo was closed .
