Walker Arnott , of Arlary , Past Grand Prior of Scotland , presided at the meeting , and was assisted by Brother Dowmon , late High Sheriff of Cork , and Brother Henry 0 Connor , of Dublin , Barrister ' -atlaw . The following three influential Brethren were then initiated into the mysteries of this high Order , viz .: —The Hon .
