PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE OF LEICESTERSHIRE AND RUTLAND .
The annual meeting of the above Provincial Grand Lodge was held at the Agricultural ! Hall , Oakham , in the county of Rutland , on Tuesday , the 21 st ult . Inconsequence of the inclement state of the weather , and the distance of thc place of meeting from most of the Craft Lodges in the province , there was only a moderate artendance . The Vale of Catmos
Lodge , No . 1265 , under whose banner the Provincial Grand Lodge assembled , was opened at half-past one o ' clock , shortly after which the W . Deputy Prov .
