After ; the lapse of a year , you were kind enough again to make me your Master , and of the fact that I perfprnied my duties during the last year to your sa , tisfactipn , you have just given me ample
proof / Oh the death of our late friend Bro Rowe , the Prov . GM ; appointed me as his deputy , and , since pur last meeting , I have been honoured with the appointment of Grand Chaf ^ ain ^ Remem ber ^ I owe it all to your kindness , you will readily believe me wh ^ that I feel quite unable to thatik you sufflciehtly for all you have done for me .
