Our good friends at Clacton-on-Sea have been disporting them , selves ; on Saturday last they forestalled the City Festivities of Monday , and had a Lord Mayor's Show of their own . Brother the Earl of Haddington , who ia not only a member of the Haddington Lodge , but Provincial Grand Maater of East Lothian and Berwickshire and Deputy Grand Master of Scotland , to'preside ; and among the performers are the
Ladies Ruth aud Griaell Baillie Hamilton , who , on a former occasion , delighted a Haddington andience with their performance on violin and piano ; Madame Annie Grey , an excellent exponent of Scottish song ; and Mr . George Wilson , whose ainging was received with great enthusiasm at the Burns concert in Haddington . It was expected that
a young East Lothian lady , one of the sweetest singers in the county , would lend her assistance , and the comic element nofc be wanting .
