Grand Lodge was opened in form by the D . Prov . G . M . Bro . Alexander Balloch , after which the minutes of the last meeting of the Prov . Grand Lodge were read and confirmed . The Treasurer and Pursuivant were then regularly installed ; the other officers , being re-appointed , were not installed .

Robert T . Clinch , W . M . of Albion Lodge ; Wm . F . Bunting , W . M . of St . John ' s Lodge ; and James Rosborough , W . M . of Portland Union Lodge . The D . Prov . G . M . stated that as they were already in possession of the P . M ' s . Degree , it would not be necessary to proceed with that portion of
the ceremony . The business of the day being over , the Prov . Grand Lodge was closed in form , and a Lodge of Master Masons opened , after which the D . Prov . G-. M . retired , and the newly installed Master of Albion Lodge occupied the chair . The Masters of Albion , St . John ' s , and Portland Union Lodges then proceeded to install their officers . We may here state that the officers of Carleton Union Lodge were regularly installed in Carleton on the same day .
Inhabitants' Lodge ( No . 178 ) . —The Brethren of this Lodge met at the Lodgeroom on Wednesday , 10 th February , for the purpose of installing Bro . R . F .
